The Golden Gate Park
A large urban park with over a thousand acres of lush gardens, beautiful lakes, and historical architecture. The rectangle shape is like Central Park in New York it is 20% larger. Between the Botanical Garden, Dutch Windmill, Chain of Lakes, Shakespeare Garden, Chinese Pavilion or the Rose Garden there is an array of beautiful wedding ceremony sites to select from. The Golden Gate Park is the fifth most-visited city park in the United States.
The Golden Gate National Recreation Area
One of the largest urban parks in the world. Formerly used by the US Army it is now one of the most visited National Parks in the United States. Protecting eighty thousand acres of ecologically and historically landscapes surrounding the area on both sides of the Golden Gate Bridge. The Presidio of San Francisco
Was created to oversee and manage the interior 80% of the park’s lands, with the National Park Service mentioned above managing the coastal 20%. Formerly a military base, the park is an array of wooded areas, hills with scenic vistas overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge, the San Francisco Bay and the Pacific Ocean. A National Historic Landmark including The Inn at the Presidio. The park grounds include intimate chapels, elegant reception sites with beautiful backdrops on the south side of the Golden Gate Bridge.

- These wedding ceremony sites require a reservation fee plus an hourly fee.
- Permit fees begin at $350 for a two-hour rental and go up to $643.
- Site fees do not include chairs, setup, breakdown or cleanup.
